Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission [No.141,No.142,1998] in 1998，the company issued 13.5 million A shares (including 1.35 million employee shares)to public, and the total capital stocks was increased to 5.4 million shares. 1.2 million public A shares was quoted and traded at Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 25th June,1999, and 1.35 million employee shares was quoted and traded at Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 27th December,1999, the stock code is 000835.
